A booking fee of 20% will be required to secure your wedding date. Full payment is required 2 weeks prior to your wedding date.

Absolutely. I have public liability and professional indemnity insurance. Sometimes venues want proof of suppliers insurance, so just let me know and I can provide a certificate.

Depending on what package you book depends on how many photos you will receive. typically for my 3 hour package you can expect to receive up to 250 photos. my 6 hour package you can expect up to 350 photos and my full day package you can expect 450+ photos all edited in colour and black & white.
All my couples receive their wedding photos within 2-3 months after their wedding date.

I’m based in Hartlepool, which is a small town in the North East of England. While I’m suitably placed for North East weddings (and this is where most of my work takes place), I do also travel throughout the counties and overseas. If you’re having a destination wedding then feel to give me a shout - I just ask that you cover my travel and accommodation costs.
If your wedding is in the UK and more than 45 miles away I do require fuel costs which is charged at 50p per mile.

Yes, I carry two cameras, several different flashes and lenses with me. It doesn’t happen much but in the unlikely event that something goes wrong, I’m able to quickly swap equipment and carry on.

There's no pressure to provide a meal but it would be lovely and highly appreciated if you did.

If you're like every other couple, you're probably a little nervous thinking about being in front of the camera. Even I get nervous when I'm having photos done! It's completely normal to feel this way, but I want to encourage you to just relax and have a good time. I'm going to be giving you all the direction so you never feel like you don't know what your doing. We're going to capture those timeless photos that everyone loves, while getting a little creative and having fun. Some prompts I give you both might seem a little silly at first, but trust me, they create some magic.
